Here at Fleur De Style, we strive to create each individual arrangement as closely as possible to the pictures shown. However the blooms may vary as they are dependant on seasonal availability and freshness.


Most definitely! Please let us know your personalised text and it will be printed on high quality cards. You can do this during the checkout process.


Please reach out to us directly at sales@fleurdestyle.com.sg with your specific ideas/creations. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and you may help by providing some pictorial illustrations.

For Order & Payment

Please select your preferred floral creations and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. At the checkout page, you will be asked to fill in any specific or unique request and also the delivery address. Lastly, you will be required to fill in your payment details before we can process your order.


Most definitely, please email to sales@fleurdestyle.com.sg, we will reply promptly or latest by 24 hours.


We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal, and credit cards. You can securely pay by credit cards via Paypal without having a Paypal account.


If you wish to amend your order, please email to us by replying to your order confirmation email. We will response promptly. Kindly note that we are only able to accommodate changes 3 hours prior to delivery or subject to product availability.


If you want to send your order anonymously, we are more than happy to accommodate your surprise plan. Please indicate during checkout that you want to “hide my name” and we will comply accordingly.

For Delivery

"Weekday & Saturday: $9 per delivery"
Sunday and Public Holiday: $20 per delivery

and Same day delivery: $25 per delivery


We can deliver your order at any date. However we use a 3rd party delivery service which limits our control on the specific delivery times.
We are committed to fulfilling deliveries within the given time range of 9am - 5pm, 5pm - 10pm and 10pm - 12am.


In order to ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to provide the most accurate delivery details during checkout. i.e. unit number, floor number, physical description (for hard to locate places), bed/ward number, function name, etc.


We will call the contact number provided before delivery. In the event there is no recipient during the delivery, we will try to put it in a secure location or leave it with someone relevant (i.e. neighbours, co-workers, receptionist, etc). Lastly if all fails, we will bring back the product to our depot and will try to arrange for re-delivery.
